Driver Error (DCI Access)

- Follow these steps if you get the following error message when trying to open a state collection:

1. Click "O.K." from the error message.

2. The following window comes up.  Click the "Setup" button.

3. Select the "MS Access 97 Database" and click the "Remove" button.

4. On the next window click "Yes".

5. Click "O.K." to close the window.

6. Click "Cancel" on the next window.

7. Next, "Exit" the ImageAXS program through the "File" menu.

8. Open the ImageAXS program up again.

9. Go to "File" and "Open Collection" and open the state collection.

10. Map thumbnails should appear - the program is now working and the DCI Access driver is now established.

11.  Exit the ImageAXS program once again.

12. Install the DATAAC file from the CD. The DATAAC driver pack will install the MS Access driver that was removed.-back to FAQ.
