What is the difference between the
Platinum and Gold?
The difference is the map scale that is used. The Platinum uses a far
more detailed topo map than the Gold. It takes 32 maps used in the Platinum to equal
the same amount of area as one map in the Gold edition. Most Platinum State Sets are
a 4-7 CD Set with up to 1,800 maps. The Gold State Set is usually on 1 CD with up to
100 maps |
